The Madonna and Child, also known as the Bruges Madonna, is a marble sculpture by Michelangelo of Mary with the child Jesus. The statue, housed in the Church of Our Lady in Bruges, is the first statue by Michelangelo to leave Italy during his lifetime.

This statue is hand-carved from wood with a very beautiful patina.
